ABSTRACT
Objective: To determine the effectiveness of anti-viral therapy in chronic hepatitis C patients with type II diabetes in terms
of end of treatment response (ETR) by measuring the quantitative PCR at the completion of six months of treatment.
Study Design: Descriptive, Case Series Study.
Place and Duration of Study: This study was conducted in the Department of Medicine, Khyber Teaching Hospital,
Peshawar from September, 2014 to February, 2015.
