Introduction: A congenital anomaly is an abnormality of structure, function or body metabolism that is present at birth
line diagnostic examination to diagnosis of anomalies can help the obstetricians in proper management. It is therefore
offered to all pregnant woman with the aim of screening for fetal structural anomalies, generally recommended at 18-
24 weeks of gestation.
