Objective: To observe the antioxidant effect of vitamin C on the toxicity of doxorubicin of rat testes.
Methodology: The following Analytical experimental randomized control study was conducted on male albino rats.
This study was conducted in the PCSIR laboratory complex and in Peshawar medical college during February- July
2013. Rats were randomly divided into two main groups. The normal and the experimental group. Experimental group
was further divided into the toxic and vitamin C groups.
